in incentive bonuses for work completed as a percentage?

I think the Incentive Bonuses for Work Completed Act 2003, section 4.7.5
outlines this.

You might find there are some rogue employers out there who make their own
incentive schemes.

section 9.2 subpara 1.c outlines proceedures for dealing with employers who
don't follow the guidelines although a maximum fine of 2 percent of the
minimum national wage hasn't, IMO, kept up with the RPI.
