They have had similar problems frequently. But we don't know whether the details got through and it was a problem with the confirmation, or whether it froze before details got through. They don't like multiple submissions so if we resubmit and the details did get through they may blacklist the site. Wish Google would just dump dmoz. I have re-submitted a few times because I am presuming if I don't get re-directed to a confirmation page they have not received details.
