.net Error Reporting

I am getting following error in event log file

Faulting application w3wp.exe, version 6.0.3790.1830, stamp 42435be1,
faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, stamp 00000000, debug? 0,
fault address 0x001f0001.


and that my iis server gets stop if i make it restart it start working
what can be solution for this??

Try turn off worker process recycling.
