Will this modify My search engine ranking in Google?

I wanted to know if i perform a server move (Downtime of 5 hours) will
it modify for bad my Google Web Search ranking or my SEO Work.

Not if you hold down ESC-F7-Insert, while watching reruns of AbFab
until the downtime is over.

Then all will be ok.

Of course, if you're actually making a server move, the ip will change,
then it'll come down to total internet resolve being a possible day or
two with all the ISP's that have to catch up too.
