It would be the same as the base server requirements:

The same as the minimum requirements for Windows 2002 (IIS5) or Server
2003 (IIS6).

Hello,

IIS is part of the OS. If you can install the OS, you will be able to
install and use IIS. Depending on the load on the webserver, it might be
slow to have only the minimum requirements for the OS, but it will work.
