You shouldn't need to. But you can stop the services. Delete the
Inetpub folder and \\WinNT\Sysetm32\Inetsrv folder, as well as any
other content folders. You'll also need to remove the .NET framework
if you installed it.

Why not fix that problem? Details such as event log entries might
point you along the right path.
