Can i make this search tool available to the public? it se..

Hi
I built a tool that lets me search the content of a number of sites
and returns the results. These sites are all free, however they
require users to create an account and login. Ive made several
accounts which is how my tool accesses them. I think other people
would find this useful but can i make this available to the public? I
would not charge anyone to use it.
