Check where you registered the domain. Some registrars offer email with your
domain name.

If you just want to change your return address in Outlook Express, go to
Tools, Accounts, Mail. Select your mail account (there's probably only one)
and click on properties.

If you wish to send and receive mail from name RemoveThis @domain.com and you have a web
site with this domain name, check with your host.

If you wish to receive mail at that address and you only have the domain
name and no web site, check to see if your domain registrar offers email
forwarding. If not, you can use a free or pay email forwarding service to
forward all email addressed to name RemoveThis @domain.com to any email account you
already have.

This place offers free forwarding even if your domain is registered
elsewhere:
