Archived from groups: alt>apache>configuration (more info?)

Hi,

How to use the logresolve.exe program that is in Apache's bin folder ?

I could run it without problem but it does not resolve anything.
Should I download some list of all domain names in the world with
their IP adresses?

I hoped that logresolve would use some reverse DNS lookup distant
service to try solving IP addresses.

Using Windows, this is what I typed in the command line :
logresolve -s C:/Apache/blablabla/logs/statistiques.txt <C:/Apache/
blablabla/logs/myInputLogs.log> C:/Apache/blablabla/myOutputLogs.log

I also changed in myInputLog, some IP to one that I tested leading to
an existing domain name.

Who can help ?
Thanks.
