You usually get these prompts when the account that is being used by IIS
doesn't have permissions to some kind of resource (e.g. to a .dll file, or
to the actual content).
Could you try running Filemon from
www.sysinternals.com and see where you
are getting a file system access denied for your configured worker process
identity?
