Guest, Domain Guests or Guests? Or a group you've created yourself?
The Guest account by default is locked out. Domain Guests is in the
Guests Group, Domain Users is in the Users group. By default they
have the same access, but that may not be what they actually have.
Unless you check specifically the differences on your system between
the group memberships and actual accounts, or assign the specific
priveleges needed to your accounts, you can't assume they match
anything that is *supposed* to exist.
But that's still not your problem. The problem you posted is:
"The server was unable to logon to Window
NT account 'username' due to the following error. The
referenced account is currently locked out and may
not be logged into."
That's due to a lockout policy on that account. The policy may be
overrided by a group policy, allowing access in one group that's not
in another. That's what you need to fix.
Follow this up in an admin group for a better explanation of security
policies and account lockouts.
