Post subject: log filing downloaded pictures.
Archived from groups: alt>apache>configuration (more info?)

I want to be able to tell, in my log file, when someone saves a picture off
of my website, such as well someone might right click the mouse on an M$
machine and hit "save as"... I want to know which pictures are being
saved....thansk....

You can't. Basically when someone view your site, he is downloading the
pictures, so you can't tell what is he doing with them. You could add
some javascript in the pages to "disable" or "filter' the use of that
kind of features, but it's a lost war.
