Post subject: log files perms keep changing
Archived from groups: alt>apache>configuration (more info?)

Hi,
I changed two of my log files (access_log and error_log) perms to 644 but
each time apache adds another entry to the log files (or so it seems) the
perms change back to 640. Where is this comming from? and how can i prevent
it?
Apache 1.3.27 on mdk 9.0 linux 2.4.16 kernel x86 system.
Thanks
Eric
