Hi there,

I'm running IIS 5.0 on Xp Pro. I don't see the web server listed when I'm
trying to install server extensions. Tried reinstalling IIS and that didn't
help either.
Any comment would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Gilgamesh

Hi Gilgamesh,

Make sure the IIS Admin and World Wide Web Publishing services are started.
Where are you not seeing the web server listed?

Thanks,

Hi Kyle,

I don't see the server listed when trying to install server extensions. If I
try to install the 2002 version of server extensions, I get the error that
the server is of a wrong type "msiis"

Thanks for your help,
G.
