I thought the same thing, but I looked anyway, and was surprised.
Despite the silly domain name, and the apparent inablity to write
anything but buzzwords, they may be doing something serious.
"Processing is an open project initiated by Ben Fry and Casey Reas.
It is currently developed in the Aesthetics and Computation Group at
the MIT Media Lab, the Interaction Design Institute Ivrea, and by a
group of distributed developers across the Net."
There are some examples showing the code, and it looks like a
specialized subset of Java that runs in a specialized VM that runs on
the Java VM.
