Post subject: Looking for inexpensive specialized news feed

I am looking for a highly specialized news feed for a niche website
(in a field of engineering), easy to use and inexpensive (or free!). I
may have to supply a list of keywords for the headlines in order to be
specific enough. Any suggestions?

Have you looked at moreover.com? You give it keywords and get matching
news items. It's free.
