http 500 error

In Internet Explorer go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced ->
Browsing section and uncheck "Show friendly HTTP error messages", then
restart IE and see if you get a different error or one with more
information, then post the new error here.

In the Internet Service Manager (MMC), right-click on the web site
containing

the page that won't load, and select Properties | Home Directory | Create
button (if

there is a Remove button, the web app is already created, try clicking
Remove, then Create).
