If someone logs in at an virtual domain and clicks on a link which contains
the "real"domain he has to type in his login information again.

How can I prevent this from happening?

Unfortunately you can't. From the server point of view, they are two
different requests (and they are) coming from (possibly) two different
machines. The only option is to have only _one_ 'domain' in the entire
web site/application.
