For a free host offering "the basics", I'd suggest <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.affordablehost.com" target="_blank">www.affordablehost.com</a>
but once you add MySQL and PHP, it starts to move away from free hosting
type services, IMO. YMMV, but for a few dollars a month you can have a
reseller account and have Fantastico, etc, and sell hosting too
You
will be spending $6-$10 for the domain, is it really worth a free hosting
