Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but I am looking to set
up video conferencing and real time file sharing for an international
charity organisation I work for. Does anyone know of any good and not
too expensive packages and what are the advantages of packages such as
WebEx over NetMeeting? I was wondering if maybe MS Services with
outlook and NetMeeting would do the job well enough i.e for scheduling
meetings and have remote conferences with 6 or 7 people in 2 or 3
different locations. Any help would be appreciated as I am at a loss
and want to use the charities money wisely. I am not a frequent
visitor to this group so email replies would be appreciated if
possible.
