gMail appears to have nudged hotmail along ....

From this autumnn [1], all free Hotmail accounts will have a 250MB
inbox, as well as the ability to send and receive attachments of up to
10MB. With MSN Calendar, you'll also be able to manage your time more
efficiently by sharing your calendar with others.

btw: I'm real pleased with the new default filter settings at hotmail.

[1] Hotmail is now only available in the Northern Hemisphere? or maybe
it's personalised to location? Does hotmail know location details?

Hotmail seems to consign all our customer welcome emial straight to the bulk
mail folder
even though they get a clean bill of health from all the normal spam filters
other services use.
They seem to use crude blocking based on phrases.
We will soon be sending passwords for d0ma1n nam3s and w3b h0st1ng.
