No. Sorry.
Have you considered how long it will take to FTP a 1GB file? Assuming
256kbps upload, no drop-outs and full utilization of bandwidth I record 1 GB
will take 11 hours to upload. My experience is that FTP does have occasional
drop outs and you won't get 100% bandwidth utilization.
I don't know what you are considering, but be aware that the time to copy
will be longer than you think. (Been there, done that, ouch!)
You could try hosting in-house.
