I am using applet which is using file with an extension *.ivr. Could any body please give an advice where to set up permissions in IIS 6.0 for custom file extensions?
Thanks.

You can set this at the server, website or folder level.

You need to add .ivr to the MIME mappings table - you can do that using the
IIS MMC Snapin that is located in the Administration Tools folder.
