I have no experience with Miva, they are a competitor. The customer wants
to move the products over to our service at king-cart.com and was wanting to
know how to get us a flat file of the products in her database. I looked at
some of the folders on her system, but could not figure out which file
contained the products database, so I suggested that she simply export it
per Miva's FAQ. That is when she told me that Miva told her that doing so
would delete the database.
