Have you installed IISLOCKDOWN, and/or the URLSCSAN tool? If URLSCAN is running, unload the filter to see if that resolves it. If so, reconfigure your .ini
file to allow .exe. If not, leave it unloaded and run filemon and regmon from
www.sysinternals.com to see if you can find a permissions issue. Ensure the
directory in IIS that houses the .exe has scripts and executables, and the ntfs permissions have the needed user (IUSR if anonymous).

| Ever since I upgraded to SP4 my executable redir2.exe, a program
that redirect output to another IP address will not run. I get a 502 error
CGI script times out after about 10 minutes of hang. How can I fix this ?
Normally it runs on SSL but I cannot get it to work on non secured port either.
Any ideas ?
