Does Citrix use its own web server or uses IIS? This sounds like what
happens when more than one server tries to listen on port 80, and IIS was
not first to do so.

I am installing Citrix onto my Win2003 server and when I
try to start my default web page for the web interface to
citrix, I get errors in my event viewer 1004 and 15005 and
it says "the process cannot access the file because it is
being used by another process" and my web page never
starts? any suggestions
