After setting up a virtual server in the configuration file using red hat
Linux 9.0 and apache web server 2 I get the message: "You have reached an
undefined web site" when I enter the web site name in internet explorer.
Can any one shed some light on what to do to fix this. I have tried in for
many hours to identify the trouble.

That's not an error of Apache, is an error in Interdet Exploder. Ask
Microsoft what it means.
