Can anybody explain the below error from my Apache error log?

[Sun Jan 18 11:39:47 2004] [warn] (OS 64)The specified network name is
no longer available. : winnt_accept: Asynchronous AcceptEx failed.

Now I do, (had the same error, and got help!)

It is apparantly an attempt by the Code Red virus to sneak in through a
backdoor in NT/XP. It does NOT succeed however, since you got this. It
should be no big worry. All functions as it should, the requests are denied
properly.
