The competitor of one of my clients has registered .co.uk and .com
domains almost (but not quite) identical to my client's trading name.

For the uk domain we will file a complaint to Nominet.

Where do we make our complaint for the .com domain?

Thanks for any advice,

Andy

Andy,

Probably nothing you can do about them, unless your client has
registered trademarks for the domain names in question. And they have
to do it ahead of time.

It's not illegal to register domain names similar to that of another
company. It only becomes illegal if they try to pass themselves off as
another company.
