Please could someone walk me through how to disable HTTP 1.1 extensions in
order to disable HTTP Keep-Alives?

Also please could someone walk me through how to change my connection
time-out?

In IIS, with the properties of the site, you can select on the tab Web Site
if you want to Enable HTTP Keep-Alives or not.
