I think it might be their tag line that they are claiming the Trade Mark
for.

In the UK you can claim Trade Mark by simply using "TM".

Once (if) registered, you use the "r" registered trade mark symbol.

I didn't check the country the site originates from ... and I wan't
horrible serious ... but both the title and slogan are un-unique. It
just seemed silly

I think it sounds long winded, but it's certainly memorable, so I guess it
does the job it's intended for.....
I want to know how the hell they managed to get a stock of L39 jets....Where
are they keeping them?.....And which courier company is handling
delivery?.....
