Post subject: Apache configuration

I've installed Apahce, but when someone wanted to download some file from my
server, he couldn't. Why? What should I do to allow other internet user
download large files from serwer?

If your file are on the server and they are readable, everyone should
be able to download them. Explain what it means 'he couldn't'.

As you are running Apache/2.0.49 (Win32) ...
.... best guess is your using ZoneAlarm 5 too
( then troubles seem to start at 4k file size ) ...
.... try adding 'win32disableacceptex' to your config.
