In order for you to forward the emails from the old domain to the new
one, you will at least need an e-mail hosting for the old domain.
Depending on what control panel the host is running, sometimes you just
can't set up domain forwarding and e-mail/web hosting together. So the
solution is to get an e-mail hosting for the old domain and write
javascript or any other scripts that is supported by the host to forward
all request from the old domain to the new domain. Hope this helps.
