cPanel prevents hotlinking?

Post subject: cPanel prevents hotlinking?

I have an opportunity to move to a dedicated server running cPanel. Problem
is I'm not familiar with it, and while I can learn quickly, I do have a
question - is it true that cPanel has some sort of option that you can turn
on/off that prevents hotlinking? Does it work well? Specifically, I need to
prevent hotlinking of images (jpg, gif, png).

Yes, it does. We have quite a bit of documentation on Cpanel and WHM,
including some animated tutorials:

Yes and yes. IIRC it just adds an entry to your .htaccess file.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

I'v tried using it but AOL suckers couldn't view any of my images.
