What is this board about?

I was told Mobythreads was a fork of phpbb that was theaded, and given a link to this site. But these boards don't appear to be about that at all. I am not quite sure what they are about, and no home or about page is telling me.

Is there in fact, Open source software based on phpbb available here? If not, does anyone know where it might be found?
