Can you be more specific? You're asking a lot of questions in one
short paragraph.

The conversation with one of my clients over the last two business days.....
ken, what's ftp?
ken, what's a file manager?
ken, why do I need a spam filter?
ken, why are there little icons by my email?
ken, why do I have to use https sometimes and other times http?
ken, what's an error page?
Yesterday I had to give him instructions on how to download a program and
install it on his Windows box.
Specific is not an option. <g>

Point taken well!
Have you also considered the 'Big Dummies' series of books? They're
great.

It was a small order, I had more important things on my desk and as a favor

This is one of those "I like to kick myself in the ass" type orders.
