The conversation with one of my clients over the last two business days.....

ken, what's ftp?
ken, what's a file manager?
ken, why do I need a spam filter?
ken, why are there little icons by my email?
ken, why do I have to use https sometimes and other times http?
ken, what's an error page?

Yesterday I had to give him instructions on how to download a program and
install it on his Windows box.

Clients like that get charged our full hourly rate.

to a third party I agreed to a flat rate...
