I badly need a new windows webhost (currently down for 20 ..

Sir, I have made the mistake of hostinf my dynamic ASP w SQL db site
at CI Host. Please remove them from any lists. My site has been down
20 days+ and they don't even answer the phone... What can I do? (See
an example of correspondance I now send them below)

fires):

All you and unsupportteam should have done a long time ago, and still
need to do to finally, AFTER 19 DAYS DOWNTIME AND COUNTING:
--> simply go through _ALL_ old tickets on our two ticketmonster
accounts (a colleague of yours did this half a year ago. if he could
do it, why can't you?!)

FYI: Yesterday I spent the time and money and telephoned CIHOST US
from Sweden in Europe.I called during your business hours (9pm Swedish
time) on the phone

It was a disaster in customer service: Call nbr 1: I had to wait 16
minutes to get through to the switchboard, then asked for windows tech
support. THEY CONNECTED
ME TO AN ANSWERING MACHINE. I DID'NT EVEN GET TO SPEAK TO A PERSON. I
left a voice mail explaining everything. I called up again, this time
wanting to speak to the quality assurance manager. After waiting 42
minutes and 51 seconds without even getting through to the
switchboard, I REALIZED THE
FUTILITY IN TRYING TO GET ANY HELP FROM CIHOST OR UNSUPPORTTEAM. You
(CIHOST/Unsupportteam) deliberately misunderstand simple
and clear tickets. You don't answer the phone. You don't call me.

I give up. Perhaps CNET and webhost guilds would be interested in my
story (20 days + down due to a "worm attack" and understaffed and/or
incompetent and/or evil
tech support), we'll see.

Peter, I've seen several people complaining about CIHost from different
people over the last week... they have all had similar problems. Many false
promises and downright lies from the company. I'd suggest that you take them
to court... I really - hit them where it hurts, because they blatantly don't
give a shit about their customers. It's only a matter of time before they
fuck things up again. Write your letters to all the reviewing magazines. I
also suggest you send a letter to the editors at <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.theregister.co.uk." target="_blank">www.theregister.co.uk.</a>

Try <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.easycgi.com" target="_blank">www.easycgi.com</a> - a good, responsive service with an excellent
helpdesk...
