Hi,
Click Start -> Run... and type "cmd.exe"
Type "cd \WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\<version>"
And then run "aspnet_regiis -i"
If it still doesn't work, in the same folder run "aspnet_regiis -c"
