IIS active server pages stopped

Hi

We have a windows 2k server serving three websites randomly say ones a week if the server has not been rebooted in the week.

The website or asp part of the website breaks

When I look in the event look all I see is

Active server pages
Event id 4
Services stopped

And that it no other events in any of the logs

To repair this we have to reboot the server

Can any one help with this?

Could be hardware... change a box and try.
