Well, among other things it leaves out most people not using IE on
Windows. If it's required for navigation, it also leaves out many
corporate users, which usually have active content disabled, as well as
others (like myself) who have disabled it. And there's no counting how
many other people would be too afraid to continue.
The question is - is this critical to your site? Or is it just
something you think is "nice".
Remember - bells and whistles shouldn't be just because you think
they're neat. They should add to the user's experience on the site.
Does this add or subtract from the user's experience?
