Are there any good access.log (interpreters) out there that you guys
would reccomend. I need an application (open-source, preferable),
that will display in meaningful fashion visitor information such as
hits per day/month/year per page, etc. I need to be able to track
which pages are the most visited, and what times of day the visits
occur. Something that would display this info in number and graph
format would be a Godsend. Any ideas?

Burn's Hog Weighing Method:
  (1) Get a perfectly symmetrical plank and balance it across a
  sawhorse.
  (2) Put the hog on one end of the plank.
  (3) Pile rocks on the other end until the plank is again
  perfectly balanced.
  (4) Carefully guess the weight of the rocks.

I believe AWStats has all you need. It's available in several formats
(including RPMs) so it isnt' difficult to install.
