subject says it all.

any ideas ?

I've tried everything I can think of over the last week to get to the bottom
of this, but am stumped. this is happening on more then one PC. (have yet
to try a clean install in vmware to prove/disprove anything)

solved. SP2 install had screwed up some of my file permissions.
