The World Wide Web Publishing Service service terminated w..

Can anyone help me with this error from system event log on a Windows server
2003:
Event id: 7024
The World Wide Web Publishing Service service terminated with
service-specific error 2147746132 (0x80040154).

This message comes when i uninstall WhosOn 3 from ParkerSoft
(http://www.whoson.com/default.htm). And my W3 service want start before i
install this software again.
I have been in contact with the developer, but they can't help me. They tell
me to manually delete the software from W3 and delete the directory but i
want it gone from my server. (it's still inn add remove software.).
