Error 1053 - service did not respond

I have had Apache, PHP and MySQL but have recently uninstalled them all.

Was working with Dreamweaver and could not create a new site - from there
site they said to check the www service and restart - can't - greyed out.
Started computer with it set to manual - then got 1053 error message.

Help would be greatly appreciated...
Katherine
