I'm looking to replace FTP with WebDAV and all seems well except when
I try to upload. I get a message asking if I'd like to replace the
existing 0 byte file. If I say yes, the file gets copied
successfully, but I'd like to not see the message everytime I upload
files.

I'm using IIS6 and Windows XP clients.

Has anyone seen this problem? Thanks.

Have you tried to install the office web components?
