Web host

hi,

I have a software site, currently consuming 40 gb/mon. Many of my
emails to customers are getting filtered by spam filters. I guess its
because of my web host (am i right ? ) being black listed. I am
planning to transfer. Currently I have chosen anhosts.com. Is that
recommended ? (Plan costs 7$/month, 50GB BW, and they respond within
minutes.)
