Does anyone have any experience in deploying Web Update Client from Xemi
Computers, Ltd. so clients can do simple text updates on their websites?

I'm looking for something that doesn't add hundreds of dollars to website
development / deployment costs, and provides:

simple setup and distribution by me;
simple additions, deletions, modifications to text by client;
simple additions, deletions of images by client.

Thanks in advance for your input.

George King

No - but I've been looking for something similar - ide.php works for
really basic stuff.

ide.php is free, but a little buggy, and more than a little terse -
I've split the pages they want to edit into many SSI includes.

From the Xemi page at:

<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.xemico.com/wub/" target="_blank">http://www.xemico.com/wub/</a>

"Content Management solution everyone can use"

Two lines down from that bold claim...

"Supported OS: Win 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP"

*WANKERS*!

How does a requirement of running 'doze on your computer REMOTELY
qualify as "everyone"??!?!?!?

<Kicks this piece of junk right in the gutter...>

Search php resources, script source and other script repositories for
content management and site update, or page update.
