Yeah. Good luck with that.
I've found a free hosting provider that allows for PHP. I've also found a
free MySQL database provider, and free hosting providers that allow you to
host your own domains. Most, not all, free hosting providers allow you to
upload your website via <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://FTP." target="_blank">FTP.</a>
But all-in-one? Haven't found one yet, and I've been looking around for a
while.

Not that do all the above in one package.
The closest I've seen is HostUltra

You say domains - so I presume you want to host more than one domain -
asking abit much for nowt but paying a few quid - one could get all the
above and a whole lot more

It does say on the page that MySQL costs $5 to set up. A fair enough
workaround would be <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.freesql.org/" target="_blank">http://www.freesql.org/</a>
The FreeSQL database isn't local, so you might have some delays between
requesting the response in PHP until you actually get a reply with the
requested data. Provided, of course, that HostUltra allows you to contact a
MySQL server on the outside of their network.

Try 000k. It offers all of that and a lot more for free, no ads or
anything. However, it only offers one MySQL database for free at a
time, so if you needed more than that you might either have to pay, or
try joining their affiliate program.

After a year of hosting, the renewal fee would be chargeable, but it
certainly allows one to experience a paid-for account at low cost,
and they do offer free accounts (limited number per user, quite
understandably!). I've found the staff friendly and am now in
