Does WIN32:ODBC support SQL in its entirety or just a
subset ? I have issued SQL commands (In CGI/PERL) and
they were not supported. If WIN32::ODBC does not support
the entire SQL language set where can I find
documentation regarding what it does supports ?

personally, I'd use Win32::OLE and use ADO from that, rather than the
ODBC package.

If you are using PERL and perl modules then you might try posting to a perl
discussion group. This group is targetted at IIS specific issues and is
monitored by IIS (generally non-developers) people.
