WIN2003 Server disconnecting

Everything runs fine on my new win2003 web server edition. I have web,
ftp,dns etc.

The problem is, and I don't know if I missed some new security thing
in 2003, is that I get disconnected for about 20 seconds while
connecting thru the browser or using my remote admin program. It seems
as though if I am connected twice from the same IP, I only tested it
from my location, I get diconnected. I stopped the firewall and
eliminated that piece.

It's weird. It disconnects I can't ping it and can't get any web pages
for about 20 to 30 seconds then it's back. It's pretty consistent.
Maybe the NIC card?

Any ideas? Maybe go to the 2003 group? Wink

I resently had that problems and began to blame Win2003 but the real cause
was the NIC Card - Got news drivers and it works now.
(I have updated mine drivers also)
